Getting started: sign in & redeem your voucher
In 5 steps — from the e-mail to the unlocked app
Two codes, briefly explained: the login code signs you in — the voucher code is redeemed in the shop basket. These are two different things.
Comes by e-mail (magic link) — just tap the link. If no subscription is active yet, you’ll automatically land in the shop afterwards. That’s correct, not an error.
Duration depends on the code (standard 30 days, promotions e.g. 90 days). It is entered in the shop basket in the “Gift card or discount” field — not at login.
How it works — in 5 steps
Open the login link
Tap the link from the e-mail → you’re signed in and the shop appears.
Add the subscription to the basket
Choose the product “Moni App Basis-Abo” → “Add to cart”.
Redeem the voucher code
In the order summary on the right, fill in the field “Gift card or discount” → tap “Apply”. The amount is reduced accordingly.
Checkout & add a payment method
Tap “Checkout”. In the payment step, add a payment method (card / Apple Pay / Google Pay). During the free period nothing is charged; afterwards the subscription renews automatically — cancellable any time beforehand.
Back to the app
Complete the order, then sign in again in the Moni app (same login) → the app now opens normally instead of the shop.
